Our Team

Experienced practitioners assembled based on the specific expertise each engagement requires.

Arabian Private Holdings brings together senior consultants and subject-matter specialists with deep experience across strategy, organization, governance, and performance. Every team member has spent their career advising organizations on consequential decisions.

We do not maintain a bench of generalists. Each consultant brings direct, relevant experience in the sector and functional area required for the engagement. This keeps our work grounded in practical knowledge rather than theoretical frameworks applied from a distance.

Our team members have backgrounds spanning top-tier consulting firms, multinational corporations, government advisory bodies, financial institutions, and academic research. They bring perspectives shaped by years of working within the Middle East region, not just advising on it from abroad.

How We Staff Engagements

Every engagement is staffed based on the specific requirements of the work. We assemble teams that combine deep sector knowledge with functional expertise. Senior consultants lead every engagement and maintain continuity throughout.

We draw on a network of specialists for work that requires expertise beyond our core team. These include former C-suite executives, regulatory specialists, academic researchers, and technical consultants. This approach lets us bring world-class expertise to complex projects without maintaining a permanent specialist staff.

Working With Our Team

You will work directly with experienced senior consultants, not a rotating team of junior analysts. Our team embeds deeply with client organizations during engagements—attending strategy sessions, participating in board meetings, and maintaining presence wherever the work requires it.

We maintain continuity of the same core team from project inception through implementation support. This ensures institutional knowledge, accountability for results, and the ability to build on earlier findings as the work progresses.
