An Independent Practice Built for the Middle East

The firm was established to fill a gap. The large consulting firms have deep resources but carry overhead, conflicts, and staffing models that do not always serve clients well. The small advisory practices often lack the breadth to handle complex institutional questions. We sit between these models: small enough to guarantee senior attention, experienced enough to take on work that matters.

Our focus is the Kingdom and the wider Gulf. We know the regulatory environment, the ownership structures, the way decisions actually get made in family groups and listed companies and government-linked entities. This is not knowledge that can be acquired in a week-long project visit. It accumulates over years of working here.

The Operating Model

We do not maintain a large office with rows of analysts. Our model is leaner: a core group of principals supported by a network of experienced specialists we bring in as engagements require. This keeps our cost structure reasonable and ensures that every person on a project is there because they add value, not because they need utilization.

The principals work directly on client problems. We conduct interviews. We build models. We write the findings. We present to boards. The work is not delegated to junior staff and reviewed at the end. It is done by the people accountable for the conclusions.

We operate remotely as a matter of design, not circumstance. This allows us to staff engagements based on who is best for the work rather than who happens to be in the nearest office. It also means we can maintain presence across the region without the fixed costs of multiple locations.

What We Commit To

No conflicts

We do not sell software. We do not earn referral fees. We do not have audit or implementation arms that create pressure to recommend work for sister businesses. The advice stands alone.

Discretion as default

We do not publish case studies with client names. We do not mention clients in pitches to other clients. We do not discuss one engagement with another. This is not negotiable.

Work that can be defended

Every recommendation we make can be traced to analysis. We show our reasoning. We flag assumptions. We identify what we do not know. Clients can challenge us, and we can answer.

Difficult messages delivered directly

If a strategy will not work, we say so. If a leader is part of the problem, we find a way to address it. If an engagement is not producing value, we raise it before the client has to.

Professional Standards

Arabian Private Holdings operates as a fully independent consulting practice with no external investors, no product lines, and no affiliated business interests. We maintain professional standards consistent with leading management consulting firms and are bound by strict confidentiality agreements with all clients.
