We established the firm on a premise that the market lacked: an independent advisory practice with deep Middle Eastern expertise, no conflicts from adjacent business lines, and a remote operating model that lets us assemble the right team for every engagement without geographic limitation.
How We Operate
We run a fully remote consulting practice. Our consultants are distributed across the Middle East, Europe, and select international locations, connected by shared standards and a common way of working.
This model gives us several advantages. We recruit from a broader talent pool than any single-city office could access. We avoid the overhead structure that inflates fees at traditional firms. And we can mobilize quickly across the Gulf Cooperation Council states, the Levant, North Africa, and beyond.
Remote does not mean detached. We embed deeply with client teams during engagements. We attend board meetings, participate in leadership offsites, and maintain presence wherever the work demands it. The difference is that between those moments, we work from wherever produces the best thinking, not the nearest office.
